After graduating from the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw he moved to the UK where he earned many coaching qualifications and for over 5 years worked as a PT in leading Central London fitness club: Fitness First Cottons.

 

Tomasz specializes in weight loss training athletes to boost performance in different sports, body sculpting, nutrition and training supplementation. He worked with athletes in sports like: basketball, boxing, american football, triathlon, cycling and rugby.

 

In 2015 he returned to Wrocław where he helps clients from Poland and abroad to reach their goals in either Polish or English. He works as a  strength and conditioning coach of several professional athletes and personal trainer. Working with people and coaching them about healthy lifestyles regardless of age and experience is his biggest passion.

 

Tomasz strongly believes in the effects that sleep, training and proper nutrition can have on quality of our life. Improving physical and mental health, boosting energy levels and confidence are all achievable results.
