FOUNDATION OF PHYSICAL FITNESS
Maintaining and developing muscular strength is one of the strongest predictors of physical function and independence with age. Strength training protects against muscle loss (sarcopenia), declines in bone density, and the deterioration of movement capacity.

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS
THE KEY TO LONGEVITY
Cardiorespiratory fitness, expressed by maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max), is one of the indicators most strongly associated with both lifespan and healthspan. Properly programmed training improves cardiovascular function, metabolism, and the body’s capacity for recovery.

PRECISION
OVER CHANCE
Longevity can be improved through any form of physical activity — even walking. However, there is a clear difference between doing the minimum and achieving an optimal dose, intensity, and structure of training.
That is why I combine strength and endurance in a way tailored to age, capabilities, and the body’s current condition.
