IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRY A TRAINING SESSION BEFORE MAKING A DECISION?
Yes, I always start with a trial training session and a consultation, so you can make a fully informed decision before beginning full cooperation.
DO YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS?
I have full personal training qualifications and strength and conditioning certificates. I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Education.
 

DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION GUIDANCE? 

Every client receives a nutritional analysis, a recipe e-book, and practical guidance on how to implement dietary changes. We also work with a clinical and sports dietitian who can provide an in-depth nutritional assessment, order blood tests, and create a fully personalized nutrition plan (available as an additional paid option).

CAN I TRAIN WITH LOWER BACK OR KNEE PAIN?
 
Yes. We select exercises based on your individual capabilities, and for most of our clients the pain subsides after a few weeks. We also collaborate with a physiotherapist when a more comprehensive diagnosis is required.
 
CAN PEOPLE AGED 50+ AND OLDER DO STRENGTH TRAINING?
Absolutely. They not only can — they should. Strength training is the foundation of our work to improve physical function and eliminate pain.
