I am a former Director of a software company based in London. My work took me all over the UK and finding a personal trainer who could fit in with my schedule was tricky. I was so lucky to be allocated Tom as my PT when I joined a gym near to my home. He understood my hectic schedule and helped me with a diet plan for when I was on the road as well as with my fitness training. We even changed the location of the PT sessions to be based at my home so that Tom could see me when I was available. Tom helped me to achieve my goal of competing in a bodybuilding competition (Figure)-I still had some structural issues caused by an emergency c-section a couple of years prior and I worked (and still work) long hours as a writer with little time to hit the gym. Despite that I ended up qualifying for the Brits and a huge part of that is because of the early motivation of Tom to get me back working hard in the gym.  Tomasz is an excellent trainer, able to produce great results. Tomek helped me with weight cutting for my 3 day boxing tournament Lower Silesian Voivodeship Championship so I mannaged to compete in my weight class. “After 3 months of training I mannaged to get rid of disproportions in leg strength and got back to 50-50% and on top of that power has increased significantly.”

After injury I had 3 years ago (broken femur bone) and one year of rehab I decided to get back to cycling. My legs however did not work evenly. Disproportion in power was big 35-65%. Tomek came along and offered me help and introduced me to strength training witch produced incredible results. After 3 months of training I mannaged to get rid of disproportions in leg strength and on top of that power has increased significantly. My sprinting and acceleration ability is so much better. My example shows that Tomek can even make a disabled person compete again.

Tom was my personal trainer when he worked and live in London. He is an excellent personal trainer. I first came to Tom as a 110k blob and after dedicated training eventually reduced my weight to 85k. His approach was perfectly suited to me. He pushed me hard without overdoing it but always encouraged me to progress further. The first few weeks were a real shock to the system. I actually had to exercise with Tom as opposed to pretending to exercise. He gently pushed me harder and harder over the years and turned me into a veritable Greek God. Well almost. He gave me excellent advice concerning nutrition also and also took me on a shopping trip to a local supermarket and fast food store. He taugh me how to avoid all the wrong foods. I studiously ignored his advice to begin with, but he kept on politely and firmly badgering me which ended up being a near complete success nutritionally by the time he left England and return to Poland. Tom is highly intelligent, extremely sensitive to one's personal training needs, very hard working and completely dedicated to client and customer care.

I’ve always been rather rounded shapes girl and it has always frustrated me. I decided to do something about it and contacted Tomek. I’m a student that couldn’t afforf regular PT sessions however online coaching was perfect option for me. At the beginning of each month Tomek always explained me training programme with all the details. I suffered from lower back pain and after a  month that problem disappeared. I lost 10kg in first to months and never felt hungry. I lost 9cm around my hips, 7 from thighs and 2 around my arms. My fitness has changed significantly.
