ONLINE COACHING
Not everyone is able to meet regularly with me or my coaches for in-person personal training, which is why I created remote coaching. This service combines a structured training program delivered through a convenient app with clear instructions, a nutrition plan, and healthy lifestyle coaching — all individually tailored to your goals. I can be your coach no matter where you are in the world.
You can train at the gym or at home, using simple equipment or no equipment at all. I will tailor your training precisely to your life and provide all the guidance you need to achieve your goal.
We stay in regular contact via email and through scheduled video consultations focused on motivation and coaching. I’ll answer all your questions and make adjustments to the program based on your feedback. All of this comes at a fraction of the cost of traditional one-on-one personal training.

Includes (per month):
Initial consultation – assessment of health status and goal setting, lifestyle analysis, review of current and past physical activity, analysis of current nutrition habits, physical fitness testing, and identification of any recommended medical tests.
Personalized training program delivered through a mobile app, designed for gym or home training, including exercise instruction videos — fully tailored to your goals, experience level, and individual needs.
2 online consultations per month – 30-minute video calls during which we review progress, build better sleep and nutrition habits, and solve challenges that arise in the process of achieving your goals.
Ongoing support via email and text messages.
