The perfect nutrition plan for everyone doesn’t exist. There is however a best way to eat for you. Figuring this out can take a while and require simply trying different options. Getting one of my ready-made nutrition plans will definitely give you a good start and idea on how to eat better and healthier.

I believe that if you are seeking the best performance, body composition and health, eating “clean” - healthy, real, unprocessed food - is key. However not everyone is ready for such a big change from the very beginning and starting with more flexible dieting that includes an occasional treat might be a better option for you. It is all down to your mental readiness for CHANGE.  It is also about building new habits rather then being “on a diet” for a period of time.
